  • Participate in SDT meetings within Adient as well as meetings with external customer and suppliers to own resolution of assigned open product design issues

  • Evaluate potential PPSC concerns and leverage appropriate engineering channels for risk assessment and documentation

  • Responsible for root causing and problem-solving using tools such as BBP'S and 8D (Responsible - Post-SOP; Support - Development)
  • Responsible to document and communicate design issues identified at the plant to the engineering and SDT teams
  • Actively support Trim Workshop, Product Trial Run (PTR), pre-production build, Top 5 escalation list resolution, and launch
  • Support development of DFMEA, CTQ, and other quality chain functions
  • Support cost reduction initiatives as assigned (VAVE).
