On here not only Im working as a Bookkeeper Im also making sales talking directly with the customer, take their orders and pass them to production.

Im also customer service making sure our clients have the best treatment and don't have any doubts.

Working also as AR and AP for the company, as well as a Buyer for the company where I have contact with some companies that sell parts for our equipment such us Urschel, Sormac,Kronen. I also created accounts for credit with them.

In charge of many reports to the Manager. Help with daily presentations and fill production reports. As well as checking how many people work for each line daily to get price per bag. All my work was directly with the manager.

I was also in charge of our loads going out, making sure the trucks were maintaining the 34 degrees temperatures through the whole trip.

· Direct report out to Management

· In charge of the Analytics of the payments of all the consolidated sales on a daily basis

· Access to Banking information and report the cash flow

· In charge of verifying official documents that were sent for Project Approval.

· Fill out the information required and verified the authenticity and existence at SAT (Servicio de Administracion Tributaria)

· In charge of different metrics in regards of customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction by helping them with their needs in a timely manner.

Manage their accounts in regards to internal changes and requests (Different Packages/new additions/Failures).
