- Assist customers with their Industrial & Conveyor Belt needs. (Bearings, Sprockets, Motors, VFD's, etc).

- Coordinate with shipping, outside sales and carriers to ensure timely delivery of orders.

- Ensure all required paperwork is obtained for International orders.

- Fraud verification.

- Update customers accounts (Net.30, past due invoices, open orders, etc)

• Customer Services for Medical Accounts.

• Developing a Quality Manual and assisting in the Production and Logistics areas for the company’s Construction Division, developing an inventory management system using excel.

• Social Service spent at Doctorate Division of University implementing Total Productive Maintenance for low income artisan community.
