- Assess the mental health needs of the migrant population, develop a diagnosis and establish a treatment plan in accordance with MSF protocols.

- Active Identification of MHGAP patients (diagnosis and treatment) and victims of sexual violence, and survivors of torture and extreme violence, offering them medical and psychological attention according to MSF protocols. Identification of target population and providing of skills to prevent and/or cope with the impact of violence.

-Support in management in Mental Health Activities and development of new strategies and actions to improve the mental health strategy.

- Support trainings to strengthening and capacity building of health/mental health staff in institutions health structures, other local non-state organizations and key community actors to improve the Mental Health response.

-Provide Individual, family and group psychosocial care for communities that have experienced other situations of extreme violence and/or sexual violence.

- Mental health assessment and diagnosis in patients who are candidates for liver transplantation. Counseling process and one-session therapy. Accompaniment to hospital staff and training in psychological first aid and other topics in mental health related to liver disease.
-Collaborated with person multidisciplinary treatment team to discuss treatment plans, progress and discharge decisions, to reinforce treatment adherence.
-Promotion of mental health in hospital population.

-Evaluation of indigenous children with no school background for their incorporation into groups. Utilized formal and established testing protocols to evaluate educational, emotional and behavioral needs of students

• Implemented prevention-oriented support groups for Child sexual abuse and positive parenting.
• Collaborated with social workers and others actors in child protections, to identify minors in a situation of vulnerability or abuse and referrals to child protection services.
• Built positive and productive relationships with students, parents, educators and community resources to improve positive parenting skills to reduce childhood abuse.
