I offer my services as a medical interpreter for clients such as physicians, nurses, social workers, receptionists and bank staff who aren´t spanish speakers in international live video calls. At the same time I help their patients or clients who aren´t proficient in English.
While I was in this position I had as a main duty was lead and supervise two kitchens on a summer camp as well thirteen cooks. We use to cook for over four hundred kids daily. Costumer service was one of my roles as a sous chef, with three meals per day it was crucial to have meetings with parents with kids with dietary restrictions or preferences. Planing menus, keep control of the inventory, and placing orders from different vendors was part of my duties as well.
My responsibility during this period was to teach girls ages 6 to 16 basic skills in the kitchen and preparing recipes from scratch like pizza dough, sweet bread, cookies, cupcakes, and refresher beverages. Also supervise 4 cooks, together we used to serve a hundred and sixteenth girls at camp Matollionequay.
General labors in the kitchen like doing inventory receive delivery, wash, cut and prepare produces and product to provide food for our costumers.
