As a Customer Service Trainee at TMD Friction, I provide logistic support to national and international customers, request shipments, update the system, and assist the sales department. I use SAP and ERP systems to manage and analyze data, and communicate effectively in English with clients via email or meetings. I have contributed to the optimization of the customer service process and the satisfaction of the customers.
I am also pursuing a degree in International Business at Universidad Politécnica de Querétaro, expected to graduate in 2024. I have gained valuable experience as a Material Planning Trainee at Diehl Controls, where I followed up with foreign suppliers, updated the ERP system, and supported the production and warehouse department. I am motivated to learn and apply my skills in different areas of business, and to collaborate with diverse teams and organizations.
