  • Oversee daily operations of 2 high-end 18-hole resort/member facilities, including Iberostar Playa Paraiso Golf Club, consistently ranked in top 12 of Mexico and Caribbean. Developed annual operation budgets, capital expense plans, and financial reports, and approved infrastructure projects for golf course enhancements. In addition to my responsibilities in Mexico, I consult for our other golf properties throughout the Caribbean. Led project plan for complete renovation of Tierra del Sol (Aruba, RTJ), resulting in re-opening of all 18 holes in Oct 2025 following purchase on Jan 1, 2023. Directed 20 PGA TOUR sanctioned events as Tournament Director, managing 5 PGA TOUR Americas and 15 Monday Qualifiers for the PGA TOUR World Wide Technology Championship, and hosted various high-level events such as the World Amateur Team Championships in 2016.
