Technical/IT support telephone agent for Comcast Business. Later, Comcast Enterprise, as previous knowledge and a good English level were shown during the first months. My role was taking inbound calls from small and medium businesses from the eastern coast (New England), USA. from existing or future customers who had any questions regarding the company, plans, offers, account status, plan/contract modifications, or additions. However, most calls were from business owners who required assistance with their internet connection being out, or who had a local network issue. Tasks also include callers with any IT or technical-related issues, telephone or TV service, and dispatching field technicians when physical damage is evident. I was later moved to the Comcast Enterprise queue to receive calls from larger companies. This included all the duties from Comcast SMB; however, the calls were longer, as callers would call due to multiple inquiries.

My roles while working for TATA were multiple over the course of eight years. My first project was Sun Edison. This consisted of verifying callers' FICO score and lease agreement. This was required before services would be provided at the end of the business negotiations. The company had financial dificulties at the end of the year and the proyect ended. Everyone was given a proyect release.

The next project was USAA. Mostly back office, my roles would be multiple, but they were mostly member requests for their USAA insurance policy. I gained experience in handling home, auto, and valuable personal property, which included jewelry, weapons, art collectibles, and objects of high value.


My last role and proyect was with ManuLife, an International Insurance company.

My role at ManuLife was on being a telephone IT/Service Desk agent.

Would receive calls from company employees requiring assistance with work related software, devices and credentials for company access. This position was 100% remote.
