As a T.I Technician, my responsibilities included:

• Providing technical support to users and maintaining system security.
• Installing and configuring hardware, software, and computer networks.
• Managing data backups and restoration, performing preventative and corrective maintenance on equipment and systems, and making adjustments and improvements to the system to optimize its use within the company.

• Developed software for desktop and mobile operating systems.
• Participated in software field testing to verify performance of developed projects.
• Design and development of electronic projects.
• PCB design for various customer projects.

• Supervise and train the projection team.
• Perform basic and advanced maintenance, including electronic maintenance, on projectors and audio and video systems.
• Manage inventory and supplies.
• Collaborate with other department leaders to ensure operational efficiency and exceptional customer service.
