Carry out time recording in the process of cutting corrugated and double-corrugated cardboard to propose optimization improvements. The project was resolved with simultaneous recording of times and observations, resulting in two time reduction proposals.

Document the processes of the operations on the Bypass line, which presented many discrepancies in the way each operator performed the work. The situation was resolved with careful observation and recording of the operations, ultimately delivering standardized process sheets that are used today.

Analyze the problem that arose from the fact that the company had two accounting systems (Mexican and American). It was resolved with an in-depth study of the difficulties generated, and it was concluded that, with the 'Travel and Expense' extension in D365, it was possible to integrate both accounting systems.

Collect and analyze data from microbusinesses in San Luis Potosí. With the use of data analysis tools, various proposals were obtained to help the growth of these retail businesses.
