  • Leading IT & Digital LATAM team from an execution and career development standpoint.
  • Responsible for the implementation of the Data Driven Culture that is a solid foundation of data democratization based on analytics, AI, machine learning, data science and business intelligence capabilities to enable sustainable business growth.

- Enabled a report footprint, consolidating different sources of information in one single data lake: 20 dashboards consolidated/deactivated. Dashboard visualization grew from 800 views to 12.000 per month.

  • Responsible for transforming IT & Digital organization in a consulting function for driving business decision making based on data driven decision.

- Lead the creation of an in-house Demand forecasting solution covering 85% of Nutrition business (net revenue), increased the forecast accuracy from the manual estimation with weekly updates to an automated process with a range of accuracy between 90 and 95%.

  • Responsible to ensure the E2E Reckitt operations work technically in Mexico and Central America (CAMEX) in all that is related to information technology (infrastructure, systems, support, Robotics Process Automation, among others).

- Created and lead automation for the last 4 years in CAMEX aligned with LATAM strategy: +200 use cases, +230K hours of potential saving, 120 business people engaged and 70 champion in Mexico and Colombia

  • Responsible for RGM (Revenue Growth Management) and Sales technical solutions.

- Implemented a multivariate machine learning and statistical model that generates the pricing product elasticities. Reaching a mean accuracy of 90-95% in prediction and a 10-20% MAPE (Mean Average Percentage Error). Which has generated +1.3MGBPs in top line.

  • Manage the function financial budget definition, alignment and efficiencies.
