Creation and presentation of a one page with major operation insights to the Supply Chain leadership team. Enablement of 6 dashboards for the planning team, changing the ways of working, from traditional manual reports (Excel) to the use of automation tools (Power BI), generating a more dynamic workflow and analysis of information, reducing the number of manual reports. - System load information on SAP to ensure that the production orders are in the correct way and with the correct schedule aligned with the MPS plans. Support with the daily activities of the MPS area. Implementation of SAP/S4 Hana on the co-packing manufacturing location to have a fully integrated ERP system between company and third party.
- Achievements: Implementation and integration of SAP/S4 Hana in 4 months. Coordination of the training sessions of SAP/S4 Hana to the co-packing team. Just in time process and execution implementation withing the co-packing activities. Organizational supplier structure from manual administration to full ERP traceability. Scrap reduction by 80%. Inventory control on a 100%.
