• Main MX POC for manufacturing operation leadership attending escalations from senior leadership, operations and manufacturing managers mediating between them and IFM supplier.
• Procurement and P2P support POC for IFM supplier, generating annual purchase orders enabling facilities operations under regional contract.
• IFM regional contract champion for mutual client and supplier understanding and compliance.
• KPI dashboard designer for performance tracker,
• Facilities Capex projects first reviewer and implementation supervision, portfolio of 1 million annually.
• Responsible of IFM team group of 10 professionals and 50 field collaborators, serving as indirect manager along with account director.
