  methods and techniques to optimize manufacturing processes and
  procedures.

• Validation and introduction of chemicals and / or consumables to
  improve quality or reduce process cycle time.
• Analysis to increase productivity for SMT lines.

• Leader of the entire programming area of the Ericsson project,
  perfectly performing all the debugs of the products that were
  coming in from the customer, ensuring that there was no fault.
• Performing the capacity analysis every month to see the necessary
  production lines demanded by the customer based on the
  required demand creating the lines in the network to later
  assemble them physically and be able to communicate them in
  the company network, as well as performing attrition analysis to
  reduce material waste and down time in the project.
• Leading and training my team to support all lines Identified issues,
  analyzed information and provided solutions to problems.

• Creation of programs requested by the client along with its
  appropriate set up and its loading sheets, debug the new
  programs, NPI & ECN.
• Create AVL for part numbers with different sizes from different
  suppliers.
• Perform the weekly attrition analysis and give the corresponding
  actions for its reduction.
• Support all SMT lines of the plant.

• Worked on projects using knowledge gained in classes to put
  together recommendations for issues.
• Having the necessary knowledge to be able to support the
  production lines, adjust vision problems in the components, pick up
  problems, data check problems in the programs and at the same
  time give follow-up to all the tasks assigned by my boss.
