· Coordinate and participate in meetings of customer complaints, monitoring implementation of corrective actions, verify effectiveness and document it in the internal system.

· Creation of FAI documents (First Articles Reports), Quality alerts.

· Document monthly quality metrics and take action if not on target.

· Equipment and tools validation (SPC Reports)

· Evaluation of parts requiring RMA (Return Material Authorization)

· Development of quality inspection plan (identification of critical characteristics)

· Document temporal deviations, internals or for customer requirements.

· PFMAS, Control plan and PPAPs reports.

· Responsible for the New Models (APQP).

· Develop quality documents such as: Control Plan/AMEF/ SPC, Audit and Verification Sheets and all PPAP related documents.

· Responsible for engineering samples.

· Quality Representative at meetings for the review of the PPM.

· Lead and Supervise Quality Inspectors.

· Team coordination for process improvement (Kaizen).

• Responsible for monitoring and compliance with 6S in the work areas, promoting continuous improvement, order and safety.
• Participation in line balancing projects.
• Coordinate and document the internal audits process.
• Create Quality alert to production/quality personnel and material and material containment
