Support data base on student access by creating profiles for our program students. Updated their academic information such grades, contacts when every time mentors get on touch with them such help them with homeworks, scholarships, and tutoring. As well creating and review applications for our program. Students who want to join our programs need to apply for it, we go base on their needs and their academic challenge. As well we ask them though out their high school years on their future careers and where they want to apply for college. At the beginning of this year I was able to work with APRG report which is base on the performance that the program do though the years.

• Provided customer service to patients by answering questions about medications and health-related topics
• Maintained daily inventory of pharmaceuticals and ensured proper storage conditions
• Managed filing of prescriptions, both electronically and manually
• Performed data entry for patient profiles, billing information and prescription orders into the pharmacy software system
• Resolved customer complaints in a timely manner while always maintaining professionalism
• Collaborated with other healthcare professionals such as nurses or physicians regarding drug therapies or treatments for patients
• Reported any discrepancies or errors in medication ordering or filling processes immediately to the pharmacist on duty
• Provided educational materials about medications to patients upon request
• Assisted in training new employees in pharmacy procedures
• Created new customer profiles and updated demographics, allergies and new medications in pharmacy computer systems
• Assisted pharmacist with clearing high volume of prescriptions and responded to customer questions

• Supervised and led laboratory periods, workshops or other course activities by assisting in coordinating programming and initiatives to support inclusion and engagement
• Prepared reports, presentations and articles using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, created fliers and materials, working closely with communications team to promote campus events
• Oversaw students in group settings and offered academic guidance while assisting faculty in evaluation of student work and preparation of course materials
• Encourage students who have not completed educational programs at the secondary or post-secondary level to enter or reenter and complete post-secondary education
• The goal is to increase the number of youths from disadvantaged backgrounds who complete high school and enroll in and complete their post-secondary education
