As an Executive Assistant to the CEO shared the burden of the CEO and I was in charge of various administrative duties. The core responsibilities of these assistant executives duties were to manage the meetings and book facilities for the meeting room, ensure the conference halls were equipped properly, schedule meetings, resolve daily clashes of the CEO and communicate to the board directly on the behalf of CEO.
In order to name the mail activities as an executive assistant I would like to highlight this following planning skills
Prepared trip arrangements, including hotel reservations, flights, and rental cars, for attendees of conferences.
Compiled a meeting agenda database and typed minutes to distribute to department heads, the vice president and executives.
Kept executives briefed on operations by recording meetings, keeping files current, and collecting data and reports from different team
Managed and prioritized partners schedules to ascertain that their time were focused on critical strategic issues.
Execute various administrative tasks, including travel arrangements ( Domestic and International), scheduling, submission of expense reports,and other correspondence for corporate development team.
Follow attainable project timelines and keep teams on task to complete milestones according to schedule.
Provide coaching, mentoring and conflict resolution support to staff on company standards.
