• As a copper mountain employee the designated place to work was a food court under the name of West Village Café. Some of the most important tasks executed almost daily in the restaurant were:
• Operation of fryers and grills according to the amount of people everyday.
• Food prep for every station (soups, salad dressings, wraps, sandwiches, parfait, pasta, sauces and else).
• Having direct communication and contact with the clients, serving their food and treating them always nice and kindly.

11/2023 - 04/2024

• Preparation and plating of several pizza and pasta dishes for the restaurant Sawmill.
• Setting up and elaboration of the different ingredients and backups of these for the different lines.
• Working fast and smart getting the service done and knowing every single one of the stations there (Pizza, salad and soup and grill station).

• Responsible of the preparation and plating of all the dishes for the salad station at the main kitchen of the club.
• Restocked food items throughout shift to prepare necessary ingredients for cooking and timely service.
• Preparation of large amounts of food for several member events.
• Participation in action stations during functions, such as carving, sautée, omelettes, and ramen.

Steakhouse CH Prime

• Garde Manger Station: Prep of food and plate up of salads, shrimp cocktails, caviar plates, seafood towers, shucking oysters.
• Sautee station: Preparation of sides like handmade pastas, fries, mushrooms, chicken, rice, etc.

Ocean Room

• Pizza station: elaboration and ingredients prep for to go and lounge pizzas
• Breakfast: Elaboration and plate up of dishes like pancakes, waffles, poached eggs, omelettes, french toasts for breakfast time.

• Preparation of large amounts of food to cook and plate up for the events going inside the hotel (Such as weddings, birthdays, buffets)

• Preparation of simple breakfast dishes, such as ham and cheese croissants, croque madame, pancakes, Benedict eggs, etcetera.
