  • As a copper mountain employee the designated place to work was a food court under the name of West Village Café. Some of the most important tasks executed almost daily in the restaurant were:
  • Operation of fryers and grills according to the amount of people everyday.
  • Food prep for every station (soups, salad dressings, wraps, sandwiches, parfait, pasta, sauces and else).
  • Having direct communication and contact with the clients, serving their food and treating them always nice and kindly.

  • Setting up and elaboration of the different ingredients and backups of these for the different lines.
