• Allocate the produced inventory in the International markets according with its demands.
• BPR.
• Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reports to the International Directors and the Board (Fill Rate, On Time & Cost per Case).
• Help to implement the SAP system in the intercompanies of the group in the International Area.

Asia-Pacific Region (APAC), Europe, Middle East & Africa Region (EMEA) Cholula Sauces.

• Follow-up the Distributors' Orders since the PO was received till it is final destination according with INCOTERM.
• Management with Mexican Entities the needed documentation for registration of the product and the company with the International Distributors.
• Invoicing.
• Shipping Dimensions & Loading Calculations.
• Key Liaison between Distributors, International Team and the Destillery.
