• Directed large-scale development and implementation of HCM Cloud solutions more than 25 thousand employees for ALSEA to meet business needs.

• My most relevant participation was being the Director Global Director for the O’Cloud Project, key initiative to reach the transformational objectives of the company through the standardization of processes and applications in finance, supply chain, manufacture, logistics and human resources on a global scale.

• As a Business Director I managed different lines of business, mostly outsourcing services and business transformation based on IT, with solutions ranging from SAP/ORACLE to the development of custom software.
• Responsible for building strong relationships with existing clients and developing new business relationships at the executive level.
• Developed and oversaw commercial offers.
• Personnel management and project management guidance.
• Had the pleasure to work with clients such as: Smurfit Kappa, Banco Santander, Grupo Kuo, Grupo Alpura y Rotoplas.

Developed short-term and long-term sales objectives and strategic plans to meet market needs.

Provide Services related to project management and ERP Consulting.

As Project Manager I was responsible for the overall execution of the project's processes and deliverables in line with the project plan, including planning, budgeting, communication, stakeholder management, risk and problem management, and management of the scope.

Part of the managing team in charge of designing, constructing and implementing the business model for the back office processes of PEMEX Refinación.

Responsible for coordinating and managing the team in charge of assessing the risk throughout the life cycle of the loan.

• Responsible for examining, evaluating and reporting the management of the different areas of the group companies. Operational, financial and administrative audits.

• During my studies I worked for 2 auditing firms. Here I was part of various teams conducting audits to different firms in the commerce and manufacturing sector for financial and legal purposes.
