Main Achievements: Launch of new service offerings in international airfreight for Perishable export business to Europe and Middle East / Redesign of the warehouse operations in Mexico City and Monterrey / Exceed budgetary objectives and cost control for 2020, 2021 and 2022.

Leader of the Ground products for the Central America cluster (MX, GT, CR & PA) in charge of the operational execution, procurement, business implementation and P&L owner. Managing a business of $60M USD, with an organization of 45 people

Responsible of operational (transportation) and finance business implementations across The Americas region, to standardize the processes aligned with the corporate guidance. International experience in: Canada, USA, Costa Rica, Guatemala, El Salvador, Panamá, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Perú and Brazil. Managing in average 8 people by country.

Responsible to develop the ground product within the MX/CENTAM sub-region, business development, design of ground transportation solutions, training, pricing, procurement and operations.

Responsible of the customer service and operation of certain accounts for the Monterrey office. Scheduling transport, follow up, rating, billing, invoicing.
