- I am part of the engineering department related to data science at Porch Group, based out of Seattle,Washington. We offer home insurance and moving services in many states within the United States. I have different roles in the company, one of them is the data collection that we do on a daily basis, looking for specific data in home inspection reports such as home appliance models and serial numbers, defining the type of roof and piping present in the documents.
