• JD Edwards System Management
• Management of the TRESS System -Setting up and capture of Journal Entries
• Total payroll, pre-payroll, overtime, savings fund, Fonacot, loans, bonus and pensions.
• Calculation of Christmas bonus and preparation of savings fund for delivery at the end of the cycle.
• Review of payments related to payroll, savings fund loans, Christmas bonus, PTU, alimony, food vouchers, investment in brokerage house).
• Electronic banking management
• Provision policies, in payroll matters.
• Support in federal taxes
• Monthly closing: financial statements, trial balances, bank reconciliations, unclaimed salaries, account analysis, reconciliation of accounting salaries vs. payroll system.
