• Make outbound calls to USA and Canadian citizens, and qualify them for a goverment program to get free internet ACP (Affordable connectivity program) making proving questions to make sure they qualify and asking for paperwork so they can get this free assistance from the goverment.

• Call members to explain how their membership works, go benefit by benefit make sure the fully understand what they have as basic membership, meanwhile making probing questions on their travel habits so I can offer an upgrade on the memberships that best fits they travel needs and offer, probing questions is key so at time of closing it sound more like a solution than a sale showing them why they need the upgrade.

• Greet the customer at lobby and provide a tour on the property, make discovery questions, analyze travel needs and expenses, make a plan according they travel needs and expenses, always to close on the first day we meet since it was a commission only job oriented had to do great discovery, much listening and present solution on they travel habits.

Make outbound calls and generate reservations, provide excelent service to keep them on my business book and service their existing reservations, make recommendations, provide promotions and keep them traveling.
