- Monitor and confirm that all PO’s from our customers are properly set into the system and gets back to them as a submittal for their review and approval, prior to fabrication (Order Entry).
- Monitor and confirm all submittals are getting properly followed thru the different processes as per customer request, and make sure submittals gets returned to the customer in timely manner according to our current lead times for specific processes (Order Revision).
- Monitor submittals after customer approval and make sure gets released to the production floor in timely manner so we can meet current fabrication lead times.
- Make sure submittal/PO match original price after submittal/approval process, and if need it request an Economical Change Order for customer to approve before fabrication.
- Monitor and confirm orders are getting fabricated in timely manner according to the current lead times by product listed on the order.
- Coordinate and provide required support to all different production floor areas according to their needs.
- Monitor and confirm production schedule according to floor capacity and assign resources where need it, in case workload exceed capacity correct issue with OT.
- Monitor and reduce scrap levels with action plans developed by Engineering department in conjunction with production supervisors.
- Encourage QC in all different areas in order to avoid QC rejections and customer complaints.
