Summary

As a technology specialist I have more than 17 years of experience in computer science. I have managed projects in technologies such as SAP, JDA, Oracle, COGNOS and Java, within project management I have been in charge of managing budgets of high financial relevance, I have managed multidisciplinary teams reaching more than 15 people.
Within the operational areas, I have worked as IT Manager for several companies where I have been involved in personnel management, budget management (OPEX and CAPEX), joint work to define business architectures, implementation of standards such as NIST for security of the information and application of the COBIT framework for the technology area where I work. I have had the opportunity to develop SAP system migration plans between Data Centers, and carry out the evaluation of SAP migration to new versions.

Participate as a customer experience leader on the IT side, implemented the MEDALLIA system to measure the NPS of customers, within this blush, develop with a JAVA team backend applications for the extraction and analysis of data in Tableau to know customer satisfaction .

In the technical part, my experience goes with technologies such as SAP where I manage the modules of SD, MM, LE-TRA, BASIS, I have had the opportunity to manage databases such as Microsoft SQL Server 2008 and 2017, MariaDB, Oracle. Management of Power BI to generate Sales indicators, knowledge of Salesforce in the Sales modules and customer service.
