• Increased productivity on MMC AWS Trunks products by 66% daily (from 40 FG to 120 FG daily) by identifying areas of opportunity and process improvements to address and eliminate bottlenecks and determine the required capacity for each workstation, based on performance per connector and per workstation. This resulted in a rebalancing that allowed for a 10% reduction in personnel.
• Led the Clean Control Project for reduce consumption BC Cleaner 6332 obtaining $2M USD in favorable results for MMC.
• Led the OTM compliance plan, increasing it from 66% to 100%. Defined the use of Power BI for monitoring orders with longer periods of inactivity, achieving timely identification of backlogged material and reducing the MCT per unit.
• Led the PSA inventory control and reduction program, achieving a $2.6M USD reduction, from $3M to $400K USD in monthly inventory.
• Increased PSA inventory accuracy from 60% to 99% through consumption alignment, control of consumables and non-critical materials, reduction of excess inventory, and internal cycle counts aligned with the DOS system.
• Served as an internal instructor for the ELEVA program, teaching the 'SAP' course. This provided an opportunity to share system knowledge with plant team leaders, enabling them to utilize the tool and streamline their daily operations.
• Member of the plant's ergonomics committee, ensuring the evaluation and standardization of 100% of workstations to create an optimal environment aligned with federal labor law regulations.
• Participation in the introduction of new products and the achievement of objectives, demonstrating flexibility in scheduling activities and prioritizing those that directly impact our customers' needs. Participation in the launch of Oracle 144 & AWS 576 fiber products.
• Definition of the scrap process flow and participation in scrap control and reduction, resulting in a single digit daily scrap reduction.
• Participation in ISO-14001 Auditory, obtaining a satisfactory certification.
