• Support to Application engineer to process drawings using AutoCAD tools.
• Process and release Bill of materials: Components and wires charts.
• Analysis and load information to the Aptiv’s data bases under the supervision of the Lead Engineer.
• Support and participation of meetings with the Application engineering team and Manufacturing Plants.
• Communicate Supplier Change requests from the Component Suppliers to the Application engineering team.
• Follow up the Product engineering procedures.
• Validate the component data for the Purchased Components.
• Creation and administration of shared folders & SharePoint to document Purchased components data.
• Keep updated information of Components.
• Support and coordination of Component’s PPAP.
• Analyze mathematical data: Utilize NX program tools to review and analyze mathematical data, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the design process.
• Review and analyze netlist: Utilize Velocity BOM Manager to review and analyze netlist for cable decoding, ensuring precision and coherence in harness design.
• Collaborate on DFMEA process: Support Application Engineer and Assembly Plant in DFMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) process to ensure harness design quality and minimize risk.
• Support BOD workshop: Provide support in BOD (Bill of Design) workshop for decision-making, criteria, and considerations for optimal harness design.
• Communicate with customer: Participate in customer meetings to discuss project requirements, progress, and results.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams: Collaborate with systems team during testing phases for software improvements or introductions.
• Review and verify products: Review standard drawings to secure quality in accordance with Aptiv and customer design standards.
• Generate engineering permits: Generate engineering permits to ensure implementation of design changes and improvements.
• Support quotation processes: Provide support in quotation processes for engineering changes and new business.
• Request Change Requests (CRs): Request Change Requests (CRs) to ensure implementation of design changes and improvements.
• Schedule meetings: Schedule meetings to communicate changes to Assembly Plant and ensure effective coordination.
• Request special cable design: Request special cable design and visual aids in accordance with drawing standards.
• Support new business quotations: Provide support in new business quotations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the design process.
Customer Service
- Promote memberships: offer memberships to customers upon entry, highlighting benefits and requirements for processing.
- Provide information: provide customers with information on prices, offers, benefits, and requirements for membership processing.
- Address customer complaints: attend to and resolve customer complaints and inquiries, offering solutions and alternatives.
Security and Logistics
- Support security team: collaborate with the security team on logistics and security monitoring, ensuring a safe environment for customers and employees.
- Verify purchase tickets: verify purchase tickets for members upon exit, ensuring transaction accuracy.
