Chief of Staff

Summary

Self-directed and resourceful Chief of Staff with +10 years of experience successfully organizing, managing, and delivering cross-functional projects. Influences and guides at the executive level while structuring and executing complex analyses to support strategy in a fast-paced and evolving environment. Strong communications skills to effectively summarize and present forecast and data analysis topics to a wide audience.

As of now, I lead cross-functional strategic initiatives, liaising with staff, executives, senior leaders, and CEO regarding sales and growth OKRs, providing actionable recommendations for improvement. In the past, I had the opportunity to grow professionally in the Food Delivery sector, where I was responsible for implementing immediate responses to local issues and executing tailored local strategies where needed, bringing together a three-sided marketplace (Eaters-Restaurant-Courier) and optimizing the food delivery process. Also, I had the opportunity to grow professionally in the field of management consulting for more than 7 years, where I coordinated cross-country teams and client interaction in large infrastructure projects. I have experience in energy, penitentiary, telecommunications, textile, agribusiness, health, and ports.

Daily, I seek to add my experience and skills to more challenging projects, finding ways to achieve efficiencies in carrying out tasks.
