- Responsible for the Engineering Process for the entire plant, APQP Process, PPAP Development, Process Validation, Process Design for new projects and process. Work Instructions, Process Change validation, technical purchasing for improvements, and Project Manager for client events.
- Managed the company's entire ERP (Plex) system, as well as analyzing the BOM (Bill of Materials) for all products and their impact on the financial statement. For 3 years, I was in charge also of the Purchasing department.
- Collaboration with all other department, quality, finances, Logistic, PC, production, maintenance.
- Reported direct activities to the plant manager and was also responsible for the plant's IT department.
- Automotive Industry, injection molding, press terminals, assembly, and car antenna products. Also, assembly of home audio products.
