• I developed and implemented a SoC tracker tool which generated daily reports on progress and level of compliance SoCs answered by several stakeholders.
• Due to the strong relationship and trust I built with the CX Organization through regular engagement I was able to reduce the escalation rate to almost 0%.
• Primary interface as the Single Point of Contact from GSS GMT towards all stakeholders (Internal Customers).
• To keep track of forecasted/in-pipeline must win, key cases, regional communications and drive early engagement between GSS and Markets. Support prioritization of cases defined based on resources availability

As TSE I was responsible for:

• Supporting the E2E Solution Architect in defining and collating the technical deliverables across BGs to built Core E2E solutions.
• Leading CNF/VNF table construction and further Data center dimensioning, considering details of the solution wether if it is based on VNF MANO, Cloud Native CNFs, deployed on Nokia's Infrastructure or in Public clouds such as AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, etc.
• Doing the analysis of the solution provided by the E2E SA and interface with all technical stakeholders in BGs to validate that all requirements are understood and contributions are aligned.
• The coordination of the solution specialists for technical offer preparation across BGs.
• To drive the technical scope for consistency and correctness.
• The coordination and delivery timelines agreement/adherence with the resources
• RFP scoping, clearly highlighting section owners in the document.
• Manage technical questions related to solution design, features and roadmap.
• E2E Dimensioning, final optimized consolidated BoQ, review and final consolidation of Technical SoC, TSD & TS.

• I leaded all the iterations for the most important case ever won by nokia Mexico for Core Network bussines, Altan Redes.
• Preparation of technical proposals for SDM products, (One-NDS, SDL, UDM_AUSF, HSS, HLR, EIR, MNP and AAA), including BoQ, TSD and SoC.
• Preparation of technical proposals for Cloud Infrastructure and Data Center products, (CBIS (VIM), CBAM(VNFM), NCS (CaaS Plattform) and HW Datacenter (HP, DELL, Airframe)), including BoQ, TSD and SoC.
• Continuous learning for 5G new technologies.
