• Keep the pretreatment of de parts within the client's standards with maintenance activities in the main phosphate tank, seeking to eliminate quality problems such as paint adhesion and mechanical test within specification to ensure good pretreatment of the parts.
• Eliminate quality problems with preventive activities scheduled with staff regarding module caps and clamps.
• Managing to obtain with all these activities to mention a few, raise the OE of the line from the month of August 2020 to date.
• Knowledge of documentation of the process P-FMEA,MPS,ISH,FOS MPR,MWI,MIN,PCR,TDS and DATAPAQ.
• Always focused on meeting customer needs and satisfaction.
