Hello Colton, and Elizabeth, I hope my resume finds you well. I also hope you two are enjoying this new opportunity that was given to us with Quality Health Partners and Blue Shield Medical group; because I sure am!. With that being said I truly believe I was made for this new role that opened up as a team lead. First of, I love helping others succeed as much as I love helping myself triumph! I put a lot of pressure on myself as I am somewhat of a perfectionist. As far as experience being a lead, I was a lead at a shipping and receiving Fiber Optics Via Photon Company in Chicago, leading and coordinating 4 people. That gave me a lot of experience not only working with people but with a computer system called ( ODOO) where it taught me a lot about working with a computer system while at the same time organizing my team. I do not believe that being lead is all about being fierce or super rigorous all the time, but its about building a special connection with each individual as everyone has their own way of learning and understanding whatever situation we have in hand. However, from my experience as a team lead (as mentioned above) sometimes being strict and stern is called for, but in a proper manner. Everything has its way of being said. As far as my English skills they are are exceptional as I grew up and graduated from high school in the United states.
