I have over 10 years of customer service experience, both in the US Air Force and as a Social Security Administration Customer Service Representative. I graduated from the US Air Force, Senior Non-commissioned Officers Academy, back in 2004, and earned the Senior Non-commissioned Officer of the Year, on two separate occasions (1996 and 2001). During my Undergraduate studies at West Texas A&M University, I earned recognition of the Dean's List, on two separate occasions.
