Preparation of productivity and savings projects.
Lead manufacturing projects and tooling design for cold stamping.
Lead tooling setup in the production plant in pre-series and series phases with the client.
Lead layout updates according to the requirements of production lines.
Implementation of poka-yokes in production lines.
Implementation and monitoring of engineering changes based on customer requirements.
Responsible for updating and preparing process documentation: FMEA, Standard Worksheets, Times and Movements, Packaging Standards, and Safety Data Sheets.
