General Manager

  • The responsibilities of this position were assumed from the date of hiring; however, as the company grew, areas of responsibility were formed that formally positioned me as General Manager
  • During this time, from the third year of operation, the company was already in gain profits, positioning as a leader in the logistics of petrochemical products, mainly bulk plastics and food-grade products such as flour, sugar, and starch
  • Operational, commercial, and administrative controls were implemented, resulting in a comprehensive balanced scorecard program aligned with the company's objectives
  • In addition to the main departments of accounting, operations, and sales, new support departments were developed, such as Quality, Maintenance, and Human Capital, leading to the first ISO 9001 certification
  • By this time, the company was already a leader in its field, widely recognized.

Commercial Manager / Operations

  • I was hired to initiate the company's operations in Mexico, being the first formal employee hired
  • My responsibilities ranged from coordinating operations, prospecting and sales, pricing determination, purchases, billing, accounting, administration, etc

  • Just 8 months after starting these new roles, the COVID-19 pandemic began, requiring me to manage the businesses for over 18 months and maintain a payroll of over 50 families
