The responsibilities of this position were assumed from the date of hiring; however, as the company grew, areas of responsibility were formed that formally positioned me as General Manager
During this time, from the third year of operation, the company was already in gain profits, positioning as a leader in the logistics of petrochemical products, mainly bulk plastics and food-grade products such as flour, sugar, and starch
Operational, commercial, and administrative controls were implemented, resulting in a comprehensive balanced scorecard program aligned with the company's objectives
In addition to the main departments of accounting, operations, and sales, new support departments were developed, such as Quality, Maintenance, and Human Capital, leading to the first ISO 9001 certification
By this time, the company was already a leader in its field, widely recognized.

My responsibilities ranged from coordinating operations, prospecting and sales, pricing determination, purchases, billing, accounting, administration, etc

In 2016, the company won the bid at Essentia (a subsidiary of Ecopetrol) for bagging operations and all logistics from production lines to merchandise shipment

This economic impact on my personal finances forced me to sell both businesses in early 2023.
