Lead Full Plant transferring project, ( 46 CNC, 2 Laser, 2 Punching turrets, 10 Press brakes, 12 Roll forming machines,1 paint room, 12 Assy lines, Warehouse & Production offices for more than100 indirect employs )
Plant shutdown only 4 days, Working with 2 plants in parallel to accomplish fully movement of equipments and offices in 4 weeks.
Garrett Key achievements:
Program management of New Generation line introduction (3.2M USD ea) to Mexicali plant including buy off new equipment's & installation of equipment's from France, Germany, Italy & UK.
Leading SWA growth strategy to increase yearly capacity from 580K Units to 2.2M units thru OEE Improvement & lines introduction.
Lead team to Transfer 2 full SWA Lines from Korea to Mexicali plant.
Introduce New Laser welding process and launch NPI and developing process for 3 different applications ( Ford, VW, FCA & GM )
