•Main communication contact with Aftermarket suppliers that supports material deliveries for North America Parts Distribution Center (Milan, IL, USA) and other locations.
•Maintain an ongoing relationship with assigned suppliers to monitor and improve supplier performance.
•Negotiations with suppliers in order to resolve short-term performance issues.
•Lead cost reduction and margin improvement activities in support of growth goals.
•Work with Supply Management Specialists/ Supply Base Managers to maintain strategies, prices, and
define corrective actions if needed.
•Support in activities such as price changes, scheduling agreements, invoice blocks, resourcing, parameters, obsolesce reviews, Engineering changes, etc.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes.

• Review the supplies by PSI per customer for all active part numbers
• Negotiate with customers the accuracy of their forecast so any excess of inventory or shortage risk is avoided
• Management of new product development projects along with R&D, sales and customer
• Sourcing of suppliers for transportation services (sea, ground and air) based on rates and services
• Production planning based on sales volumes projection
• Audits of inventory in order to validate accuracy
• Present results to the Corporate Regional Directors and VP's

• Coordinate internal and external resources to solve problems
• Provide comprehensive solutions to client's requirements
• Analyze demand to ensure coverage of orders and production capacity
• Inventory management aiming to avoid storage of obsolete materials
• Weekly conference calls with customers to receive feedback from them, discuss specific topics, give updates on open orders and new projects
• Monitor and track shipments from plants overseas to key customers in North America.

• Sales orders and invoices creation
• Schedule land freight shipments in Mexico and the United States
• Update databases with customer's demand
• Monitor VMI operations in external warehouses
• Update price lists in SAP
