• Coordinate different UAT and hardware upgrade for ECC and XI , which required multiple testing of business processes and interfaces
• Provide 1st level of support for the different modules (FI, PP,MM, SD and BW) for the 2 plants
• Developed SOR documents to represent business requirements into
  standard documents used by the AMS team.

• Worked with multi-national team to prioritize the deployment of transport for new requirements according to the team's capacity

• Developed AS400 management reports to be used in daily staff meetings, measuring KPI such as scrap , sales, and production

• Leaded the SAP implementation in both waves for the Mexico plant in coordination with the european implementation team and the corporate team
