  • Daimler Consulting Project (Electric truck): Participated in a consulting project tasked with redesigning the Daimler Freightliner M2 truck by converting its diesel powertrain to an electric power unit. I conducted detailed calculations on the existing powertrain and researched electrical components for the new power system. We then developed a scaled (1:20) prototype of the electric truck to demonstrate the design concept.

  • Electrathon (suspension): I collaborated in a team of four people to design and manufacture the front suspension of an Electrathon competition vehicle, representing Tecnológico de Monterrey. I applied four-bar mechanisms knowledge and optimized the design to improve performance on the track.
  • Ford Consulting Project (Heat exchanger): Acquired expertise in thermodynamic systems utilized in the automotive industry. In this case we led the design and fabrication of a scaled heat exchanger model as a part of a consulting project with Ford.
