● Process control of cutting, steel heat treatment, forging, punching, welding, and painting lines. 250 workers, three shifts, 150,000 average pieces monthly. Leaf Springs, U Bolts, light, medium & heavy-duty components.

● Manage Box Score, and cost reductions, and improve productivity applying Kaizen, and Lean Manufacturing tools and Core Tools. Following action plans.

● Facilitate Training operation courses and develop skills matrix operators.

● Use and follow of KPIs, SQCDP.

● Analysis risk process and applying actions to reduce accidents and reach continuous flow process.

● Development of machinery controls, visual aids, and preventive maintenance.

● Manage Quality System ISO 9001, Foundry copper and copper alloys, and Machining Plant, more than 400 workers, production average 120,000 products monthly.

● Implement Process control for quality assurance products. Improve control of KPIs implementation and follow.

● Leader Teamwork implementation to continuous improvement process. Maintenance procedures and control process conforms to ISO 9001 and TS16949.

● TPM implementation to maintain performance equipment. 5 S program compliance.
