Main Achievements:

• Ramp-up process 210 units per day successfully implemented +5 internal positive career movements inside my teams
• Achieved the best results in Production areas CIW, PNT, PPCH and FCAB for more than 7 years, with the best results in TOS, 5’s, Environmental and Safety
• 50% reduction cost in paint area in 2020 due to CI events and finance implementation strategic
• Winners and part of the team who impacted with best plant results around the corporation, besides the Global award recognition in Daimler and 13 years being champions for Quality award in DTNA

Main Achievements

-ONE YEAR responsible in the Logistic Area with good results and working with PAD cero or negative without problems.

-Coordinate and satisfactory accomplished the Annual Inventory for Santiago Plant 2011, 2012, 2013. 2014. 2015 AND 2016.

-Reduce operational cost due to optimize delivery route with national parts and transport lines between plant and vendors (Freightliner loc.065).

- Started with milk runs process to reduce transportation cost, inventory reduction in the line and warehouse (Kan – Ban process implemented) for loc.065 Freightliner.

-Winners of National Quality Award 2015, delivered by the President Enrique Peña Nieto to Santiago Plant.

-Six Sigma Introduction training with SU’s and OU’s in Santiago Plant

-TOS Indirect Training course applied to indirect areas at the plant, corporate offices (Santa Fe México) and Detroit Diesel Division.

-Green Belt training sessions including Freightliner corporate offices Portland OR. Besides Freightliner Santiago plant, (around 56 GB trained between Freightliner Santiago plant and Santa Fe corporate offices).

Main Achievements:

-Finalist in the Process Excellence Awards (Orlando Florida, USA), with one project in the category of Best Process Improvement in Manufacturing (Fuel Tanks Scratches Reduction Project).

-Good results to spread Six Sigma methodology and tools, be the first Black Belt at Freightliner Santiago Plant.

-Annual savings between B.B. and G.B. projects generated due to the correct Six Sigma process implementation = $1,000,000 USD.

-Black Belt training finished at Freightliner Cleveland Training Center N.C. n TOS Indirect Training course applied to indirect areas at the plant, corporate.

-Follow and accomplish total production rate according to the customer needs with the best results in the plant.

-Work with standards according to the SQDCME and objectives implemented by the corporation.

-Work with the people to create a teamwork environment and solve problems with the best attitude every day.

Main Achievements:

- The first manager developing this position and get good results in the metrics for Santiago Plant.

-Creating a teamwork environment with the people and operators to achieve the best results in the corporation.

-Reduce safety critical conditions in the plant from 20 accidents per month to cero accidents in 7 months.

Main Achievements

- DISPO area created at Freightliner Plant loc.065.

- Developed packaging process with vendors to improve space and lead time to receive and supply parts on time to the line (loc.065 Freightliner).

- Improve the planning process in LOG area, considering traffic cost reduction for more than 50% between transportation lines and brokers in the border.

-Develop the new project for VW (the new beetle car) between VW and Valeo plants.
