  • Responsible to generate the Strategic plan, projects, and vision in production area to define objectives and annual targets

  • Develop and leading employee experience and training for union and non-unionized employees

Main Achievements:

  • Ramp-up process 210 units per day successfully implemented +5 internal positive career movements inside my teams
  • Achieved the best results in Production areas CIW, PNT, PPCH and FCAB for more than 7 years, with the best results in TOS, 5’s, Environmental and Safety
  • 50% reduction cost in paint area in 2020 due to CI events and finance implementation strategic
  • Winners and part of the team who impacted with best plant results around the corporation, besides the Global award recognition in Daimler and 13 years being champions for Quality award in DTNA

-ONE YEAR responsible in the Logistic Area with good results and working with PAD cero or negative without problems.

-Coordinate and satisfactory accomplished the Annual Inventory for Santiago Plant 2011, 2012, 2013. 2014. 2015 AND 2016.

-Reduce operational cost due to optimize delivery route with national parts and transport lines between plant and vendors (Freightliner loc.065).

- Started with milk runs process to reduce transportation cost, inventory reduction in the line and warehouse (Kan – Ban process implemented) for loc.065 Freightliner.

-Winners of National Quality Award 2015, delivered by the President Enrique Peña Nieto to Santiago Plant.

Main Achievements:

-Finalist in the Process Excellence Awards (Orlando Florida, USA), with one project in the category of Best Process Improvement in Manufacturing (Fuel Tanks Scratches Reduction Project).

-Good results to spread Six Sigma methodology and tools, be the first Black Belt at Freightliner Santiago Plant.

-Annual savings between B.B. and G.B. projects generated due to the correct Six Sigma process implementation = $1,000,000 USD.
