  • I have received awards for being top performer as well as for perfect attendance and also for keeping up with the company standards. I was chosen from 286 applicants to continue the interview process in a company that only hires about 2 agents per every 3 years in St John back in 2014. I got the job. I have been offered higher up positions in almost every call center that I have worked in; supervisor, trainer, manager etc. In 2019 I was chosen from many applicants to go work overseas in the Philippines to not only pick up on the company's SOP but to also give feedback on sales procedures for 411 Locals and their Cebu City Operations. I was told that because of my performance in Smart-Connect and their recommendations, I was actually hired even before they interviewed me. In 2020 I was invited to help set up a call center operation similar to the one in St John by an international packaging company. I declined because i was going to be asked to go to China and the pandemic was in full swing. I have written scripts and worked side by side with Fintech entrepreneurs to develop a working model in different industries.
