I don’t just understand the industrial real estate market — I understand the ecosystems that influence it. With a strong foundation in public affairs, government relations, and strategic communication, I bring clients more than site selection or lease negotiations; I offer influence, access, and alignment. My deep-rooted connections across Central Mexico and a nationwide network allow me to connect decision-makers, accelerate approvals, and position projects for success from day one.
For over two decades, I’ve operated at the intersection of business and government, building relationships that move initiatives forward. My career has spanned the public and private sectors, including a key role in the San Luis Potosí State government, where I led negotiations with BMW and personally presented to its board in Munich — a pivotal moment that secured one of the region’s most important investments.
Clients turn to me when they need more than a broker — they need a trusted advisor who understands how to engage stakeholders, navigate institutional complexities, and communicate with impact. Whether managing a high-profile investment or opening doors in sensitive environments, I deliver results through relationships, strategy, and precision.
Oversaw central Mexico office operations across Guanajuato, Querétaro, Aguascalientes, Zacatecas, and San Luis Potosí.

State of San Luis Potosi point of contact with BMW
I was appointed the key point of contact for the State of San Luis Potosi to BMW to assist and conduct negotiations for their new assembly plant project in Mexico. More than 40 cities in Mexico were considered, two and a half years of negotiations, and finally, we were able to position the state as the most viable option for BMW, this couldn't have happened without the knowledge, cultural awareness, and conflict resolution and negotiation skills that I have amassed over the years The end result? A $1 billion initial investment for the state of San Luis Potosí, and the initial creation of 1,500 new job positions
