Additional to the Marketing and Customer Service coordinator activities previously described:

- Increased efficiency by streamlining coordination processes and implementing new organizational systems.

- Managed project timelines for successful completion, ensuring milestones were met and deadlines were adhered to.

-Responsible for OES and IAM National accounts marketing strategy development and implementation for Mexico and Central America. This required to develop different strategies for each one of them, according to their market strategies and corporate culture.

-Internal bridge between customer / sales and production staff in order to make sure customer satisfaction is complied and sales targets achieved.
-PAPP and roadmap requirements follow up.
-OTIF KPI and Customer Satisfaction responsible for the Quality management system. This included the transition from ISO16949 to IATF16949 implementation requirements.
-Responsible to implement new fiscal requirements on electronic invoicing. This required changes on our SAP system, as well as customers' EDIs changes. Also, a full review on accounting and legal requirements was necessary in order to make sure all changes were complied.
-Obsolete and low movement materials inventory monitoring, along with strategy development to sell these items.
-Two people in charge. Responsible for hiring and training in order to support their strategic thinking and personal development.

- Developed comprehensive reports for senior management, enabling informed decision-making based on data-driven insights.
