  • Company Overview: The Shared Services Center in Mexico, supports nine different entities in Americas about the operation and transaction activities, focus on the daily business with the bear of five team leaders in the areas of Internal Control, General Accounting, Accounts Payable and Receivables. Full team integrated by thirty people, working for the internal customers and HQ in France.
  • Continually review and monitor accounting practices to ensure actual results are accurate and compliant.
  • Oversee statutory accounting and tax filings for multiple legal entities through the local firms.
  • Working together with the GL teams to prepare and/or review required monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and ad hoc requests for the internal customers.
  • Review account reconciliations with the leader in charge of each area to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Supervise internal controls to ensure compliance and company policies.
  • Support and/or lead all audit-related activities including internal audits, statutory audits, tax audits, and others as needed.
