1. Technical Design and Equipment Selection.

  • Responsible for selecting and designing ESP systems based on well conditions (flow rate, depth, pressure, temperature, fluid compositions, lower, and upper completion).
  • Use of Baker Hughes Software (AutographPC) for ESP simulations, design, and optimization.
  • Use of key ESP technology to meet specific customer applications and performance requirements.

2. Customer Support and Technical Proposals.

  • Implementation of New Technology: Cable to Surface Zenith, RMS Dual Y-Tool, and AccessESP Retrievable Equipment.
  • Custom ESP Solutions is working closely with customers in four fields: Amoca WHP1, Amoca WHP2, Mizton, and Tecoalli.
  • Prepare technical proposals, datasheets, and commercial documentation in response to tenders or field requests.
  • Provide technical clarification during commercial negotiation, operative issues, or challenges, and project planning.

3. Operational Support.

  • Facilitate weekly meetings with customer and reservoir team for ESP match regarding software and field conditions for production optimization.
  • Supports field operations with running in hole, pulling out of hole, and troubleshooting guidance.
  • Coordinates with field engineers and service teams to ensure system reliability and performance.
  • Failure analysis and recommending design changes based on root cause investigations.
  • Customer ESP material inventory and tracking of material movements to offshore wells.

4. Project Coordination.

  • Manage the job cycle in planning, preparation, execution, evaluation, and termination of ESP services (design to delivery).
  • Interfaces with Supply Chain, manufacturing, HSE, Quality teams, and Headquarters to ensure timely execution.
  • Tracks project milestones and ensures alignment with client expectations.

5. Continuous Improvement and Reporting

  • Participates in quality and service delivery performance reviews, post-installation evaluations, and lessons learned sessions.
  • Contributes to technical knowledge bases, standards, and best practices for ESP participating in global technical conferences.
