Accomplishments

    I loved my time with eSkillz Live Support. I was one of six when they started back in 2009. I implemented ideas they still use today. One was Teamwork. I introduced this as a way for our growing company to communicate across our many departments and our global remote team. I also came up with a program for supporting anyone who did well in any shape or form. It was called GreenEs. Employees are nominated for jobs well done by fellow teammate. GreenEs were awarded as time that we could accrue and then use when we wanted. They are still using it today. Green because that is the color or eSkillz and e's for eSkillz, and dogs. My dogs all received Green Es in chewable time.

I love to work. I am a self starter. An entrepreneur at times. I love to learn and teach and share ideas and build a great company into an even greater company. I am curious about so much in life. I am in love with data and software like Semrush SEO and Google Analytics. I can't get enough AI now after seeing what it can do to assist us humans in everyday tasks at work. I create using Adobe everything. From Web sites to marketing. I have worked remotely for the last 15 years. I am a wealth of past experience and was around before cell phones, the internet and have so many insights that merge with technology today. I do things in a big way. When I was told I could work anywhere in the world after interviewing with eSkillz, I packed up 2 huge containers, designed and had a home and pool built in Belize where I lived for the past ten years, rescuing over 40 dogs and other animals that needed me. I met with the CEO of Belize tourism for an idea to bring artist from all over the world for a 3 day event in Belize and he loved it. I still have that prospectus in Website form. I see something with potential and I figure out how to make it work. I have strong analytical skills and problem solving skills. I thing outside the box everyday with even the little things. Life is so much fun and I never want to stop working with people, technology and my favorite, dogs.
