• Complete Royalties contract risk assessment.
• Royalties calculation review & payment approvals. Used coordination and planning skills to achieve results according to schedule.

Achievements in current position:

• Lead S4 transition of WW 3rd Party Royalties calculations from a manual excel process calculation from a S4 automated process based on sales order information.
• Developed an X-Ray and P&L/Cash out flow to analyze the Non-Standard language contracts with high materiality.
• Successfully completed HyperX & Teradicci royalties desk transition in conjunction with Alliances and Procurement team.

• Supported the HPI and HPE Inventory split process during HP transition, ensuring that HPI books were
  correctly stated and balanced for the VISTA HPI Inventory.
• Created a work strong relationship between the FS Accounting process and the BSR Controllership process.
• Successfully completed FYE and month end close during all this period of time.
• Completed documentation of all Inventory VISTA system related processes and ensure SOX compliance.

• Supported the Inventory Forecast process for AMS, APJ and EMEA.
  in collaboration with Regions leads every month.
• Collaborate in the completion of quarterly complex presentations for Senior management for Balance sheet
  from the Inventory perspective (Actuals and Forecast)
• Successfully completed and supported the yearly submission of Budget in collaboration with Region Leads and

• Achieved the yearly Inventory Restatement process, according to the new year product line list and distribution
  by business.
• Supported the BSR process managed by Controllership at that time.
• Supported E&Y Audit process from the PPS Inventory side and ensure that forecasting processes were all in SOX compliance.
