My main job responsibilities are:
- Coordinating and Manage the entire group workload of 9 Engineers in charge of Supplier Quality for Electronic and Mechanical Parts as well as Raw Materials in which I’m involved since the Supplier Sourcing, Of tool and Of process stages in Supplier preparation as well as the early stages of the supplier production all the way to Mass Production until Phase out.

My job was basically to manage the workload of 4 SQE´s where they handled New Products, Mass Production, Process change request, Sorting and Incoming Inspection, also my tasks was to develop training systems for specific job descriptions such as Electronic Parts Knowledge and Supplier Quality Handling. One of my main achievements was to benchmark sister companies located in Japan and USA to make KAIZEN activities in Mexico Supplier Control systems and establishing Comunication networks to imporve the information sharing among North America and Japan Group Companies.
My job was to Assure Quality of over 50 Suppliers of the Cockpit and Systems Div. in which I handled Suppliers with Process such as Display Assembly, Printed circuit Boards, LED´s, IC´s etc as well as Mechanical Parts with process such as Painting, Chrome, Molding, Pad Printing, etc.
I was in charge from the New Product stage reviewing and approving Control Plan, PFMEA, Cpk, ISIR, etc as well as conducting Process Audits for the above mentioned Process in locations like Japan, China, Taiwan, Korea and USA until release to Mass Production in which I handled Line and Customer complaints for supplier parts.
In charge of Quality Assurance of over 30 Suppliers in Mass Productio for Power Train División in which I delt with Process like Molding, Stamping, Die Casting, Machining mainly.
